You agree to provide accurate contact and project information, to ensure safe access to the installation site on the scheduled date, and to use our website and communications lawfully.
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Installation timelines are estimates; our typical lead time is 2–3 weeks from approved measurements to installation, but delays may occur due to material availability or site conditions. Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Shower Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
